How does Enterprise onboarding work?+
Kick-off call (30 min), daarna ondertekening van de Shared Service Agreement binnen 5 werkdagen. Uw specifieke cluster wordt binnen 48 uur ingericht, uw succesmanager organiseert een architectuurbeoordeling en we voeren volledige belastingtests uit die overeenkomen met uw productiebelasting. Go-live gebeurt binnen 2 tot 3 weken, afhankelijk van uw datavolume.
What is the data deletion policy?+
Op uw verzoek of contractbeëindiging worden de gegevens binnen 30 dagen (standaard) of onmiddellijk (optioneel) verwijderd. Vol pg_dump export verstrekt voorafgaand aan verwijdering. Ondertekend certificaat van vernietiging op aanvraag verkrijgbaar.
Do you support AWS PrivateLink / Azure Private Link?+
Ja. Privéconnectiviteit via AWS PrivateLink, Azure Private Link, Google Private Service Connect. Er gaan geen gegevens over het openbare internet. Cross-account IAM voor AWS, native serviceverbindingen voor Azure en GCP.
How does Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) work?+
We gebruiken een envelopversleutelingsarchitectuur. Uw gegevens worden gecodeerd met een Data Encryption Key (DEK), die wordt gecodeerd met uw Key Encryption Key (KEK) in uw KMS. Als u de KEK intrekt, worden alle gegevens onmiddellijk onleesbaar, zelfs voor ons team.
Can we deploy Aurabase on our own VPC (AWS, GCP, Azure)?+
Ja. Het Enterprise-abonnement omvat beheerde implementatie binnen uw eigen Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) via AWS, GCP of Azure. Hierdoor behoudt u de volledige controle over uw netwerk, IAM-beleid en de strengste compliance-eisen.

How is critical incident escalation handled?+
Ernst 1 (prik omlaag): melding van vertraging + PagerDuty, senior engineer binnen 15 minuten ingeschakeld, live bridge-oproep uitgevoerd tot oplossing. Openbare autopsie binnen 5 werkdagen, actieplan afgeleverd bij uw team. Ons incidentenbeleid is openbaar in onze compliance centrum.
